{"id":246,"date":"2019-01-23T14:27:22","date_gmt":"2019-01-23T19:27:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/site.alliedbolt.com\/blog\/?p=246"},"modified":"2019-01-23T14:29:33","modified_gmt":"2019-01-23T19:29:33","slug":"boston-construction-news-boston-landing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/site.alliedbolt.com\/blog\/boston-construction-news-boston-landing\/","title":{"rendered":"Boston Construction News: Boston Landing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/boston.curbed.com\/maps\/boston-developments-2018\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reprinted from Curbed Boston<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/boston.curbed.com\/2015\/9\/22\/9919614\/new-balance-headquarters-boston\">approximately 14-acre, 1.76 million-square-foot<\/a> Boston Landing in Brighton continues to unfold\u2014the latest addition is the Celtics\u2019 practice facility, which officially topped off in August.<\/p>\n<p>The complex when completed will include a 250,000-square-foot HQ for sneaker giant New Balance; a 325,000-square-foot Bruins practice facility, including rink; 650,000 square feet of Class A office space; a 140,000-square-foot, 175-key hotel; and a commuter-rail station.<\/p>\n<p>Some of that as already opened, including the New Balance headquarters and the station.<\/p>\n<p>As for the Celtics\u2019 facility\u2014dubbed the Auerbach Center after the late, great coach and team president\u2014that is expected to run to 160,000 square feet and open in mid-2018.
