The six total development projects will generate 187 total residential units and represent an investment of $703.9 million in neighborhoods across Boston.<\/p>\n<p>The approved residential units span neighborhoods throughout Boston and support Mayor Martin J. Walsh\u2019s goal of increasing affordable housing to support a strong middle class and make progress towards the city\u2019s goal of creating 53,000 new units of housing by 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Development projects include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>One Post Office Square<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1000 Boylston Street\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span id=\"m_-1436168992045115408m_6382485441363812750docs-internal-guid-662f7839-2fcb-1742-3d4b-d6f80fbc9334\">81 Chestnut Hill Avenue<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span
